1st Birthday Gala Dinner 2025

Our first birthday Gala Dinner was held on 22nd Feb 2025 at Retravision Stadium where 120 guests from Veterans Assist, Phoenix Social Club, the Albany Club, invited VIP’s and their friends attended. There are several supporters who helped make the night a huge success:

During the night the Chair of the Board, Helen Tasker, welcomed our guests and outlined the development and milestones we have achieved over our first year in operation. With an amazing dinner of alternate drop entrée, mains and a selection of desserts on platters, it was then time to launch our ’22 Members Stories’. Printed locally by Hidewood signs and print. The launch included an impromptu auction of 3 books, raising $1200.
Once dinner was done, we were entertained by local legends Tre Amici who rocked the house with great live music until the event finished.

55 copies of this very unique book outlining some of our members biographies and photos have already been sold and it has been published in the State Library. Another batch are being printed. To order a copy email our office: contact@veteransassist.org.au
